What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that monogrammed or custom-tailored shirts are final sale and cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do your shirts require special laundering?
While our shirts are durable, we recommend a cool machine wash at 30°C and hanging to dry. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the integrity of the cotton fibers and the crispness of the collar.
